Warranty Service Requirements To initiate a claim, please visit our Warranty Claim Portal within 30 days of discovering a defect. You will be required to provide proof of purchase (Bill of Sale or Serial Number), a description of the issue, and supporting photographs.

Please be advised that regular maintenance is a requirement of the Five-Year Craftsmanship Limited Warranty. Any repairs made by unauthorized persons will void the warranty. Implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty as permitted by state law.
